Onedrive Cant Upload Files but Can Download

Sorry for the inconvenience caused past the syncing issue.
If you remember any file or folder yous take modified recently before the fault message appears, yous may try following to narrow down the file that causes the issue:
In local OneDrive sync folder on your Mac, find the files or folder you have modified recently, move them from the sync binder, then check if the rest files will sync and upload usually.
As well, we advise you lot refer to this article Invalid file names and file types in OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint and ensure following:
1.your files' names don't have whatever invalid characters(such as " * : < > ? / \ | )
ii.your files name and folders name don't have these invalid names: .lock, CON, PRN, AUX, NUL, COM1 - COM9, LPT1 - LPT9, _vti_, desktop.ini, any filename starting with ~$.
3.each file's size doesn't exceed 15GB
Please refer to other restrictions and limitations in the article above.
If the error message persists, we would appreciate if you share with us the post-obit information for troubleshooting:

This worked for me on a Mac. I had 531 file errors and a message that my sync was suspended. Caused past illegal characters and spaces at stop of binder names.
It appears that if a folder is blocked/failed, the files inside the folder are blocked equally well and will exist in the "file error" listing in IneDrive.
Fixing the folders clears up virtually of the errors.

I would add that a space preceding or following the file name also appears to exist an "illegal character".
Once I removed that from folder names, it helped quite a bit.

I just had to the same problem "A file problem is blocking upload." I moved the suspicious file out of OneDrive and now all is okay. I'm not sure why that file is blocking everything. It is nowhere almost 15gb. I just put the same file dorsum in OneDrive and it synced just fine. What happened and so I know for the future.

Thanks Tina for the response.
I had a a few 20 something files with invaild grapheme, which is an easy set.
I did find there are ghost .DS files being saved. This seems to exist an outcome related to operating on a Mac. I can go in and remove these files manually, just these files will automatically be readded if the native files are e'er opened or revised. Which starts the manual removal procedure all once more when syncing.
At this point I'm adopting the work-around of making sure i upload certain files directly to OneDrive online instead of working out of my network and relying on OneDrive to sync. It is not hard, but it defeats the noton of a smooth sync feature. If I were the only individual working out of this network, it would be managable to manually remove these files, but there are others utilzing files. Tiresome...at least I can access files whenever need be! That is the biggest need!

I acquit this problem with me for months now, having wasted a lot of time to fix this. Plainly, there was no update of OneDrive provided to solve this.
As I never had any similar bug with Google Drive and iCloud, I volition transfer my files to these systems now and not employ OneDrive whatsoever more. Maybe, in a year or so I will try OneDrive once more, there could be a chance that this long standing trouble will exist fixed finally.

How-do-you-do Microsoft Agent,
I have the aforementioned problem that documents cannot be saved when i'g signed in to 1 Bulldoze for concern on my Mac computer. I don't take special characters or symbols on my file or folder name. I've reset Ane Drive and I still accept the same issue. Delight assist.
